Recently, we took a moment to pause, reflect and say a heartfelt thank you to our drivers with a Driver Appreciation Day, celebrated across our feed and grain mills

Following an exceptionally busy period (and a record-breaking week where an incredible 13,000 tonnes of feed were delivered), it was a chance to recognise the people behind the wheel who keep everything moving. While the milestone itself is a fantastic achievement, it’s the consistency, commitment and pride our drivers bring every day that truly makes the difference.

Our drivers stepped away for a well-earned 10-minute break to enjoy a cup of tea and a chat together, sharing stories from the road and reflecting on the intensity of the recent feed season. It was a simple gesture but one that gave us the opportunity to acknowledge the vital role they play in ensuring safe, timely deliveries to our customers, day in and day out.

Whether it’s navigating long routes, managing tight timelines or representing Tirlán on farms and roads across the country, our drivers are at the heart of our operation. They are a familiar and trusted face to many of our customers and their professionalism and care embody what it means to deliver for Tirlán.

Driver Appreciation Day was a small token of our gratitude, but the impact our drivers make is anything but small.
