Pride at Tirlán 2026

Celebrating Belonging, Learning and Allyship

Throughout June, colleagues across Tirlán came together to celebrate Pride Month through learning, conversation and connection, helping to create greater awareness of LGBTQ+ inclusion while reinforcing our commitment to building a culture where everyone feels they belong.

One of the highlights of the month was our two Pride webinars. Over 300 employees, board members and farmer stakeholders joined Pride in Action: Building Understanding & Inclusion Together with Dean O’Reilly, which explored LGBTQ+ inclusion, gender identity and how we can all help create a culture of dignity and respect.

Later in the month, colleagues also took part in Being an Ally: Supporting LGBTQ+ Inclusion Every Day, an interactive session focused on practical ways to support inclusion in our workplaces, homes and communities.

June also saw the launch of our new Belonging at Tirlán SharePoint hub, a dedicated home for all things Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). The hub brings together our commitments, supports, stories, learning resources and opportunities to get involved, making it easier for everyone to access information and contribute to creating a more inclusive workplace.

Alongside these activities, employees took part in our Pride Knowledge Quiz, sharing ideas and feedback on how we can continue to strengthen inclusion and belonging across Tirlán. The feedback was both thoughtful and encouraging. While many colleagues acknowledged the positive progress already being made, the strongest message was clear: belonging should be a visible, year-round focus rather than something celebrated only during Pride Month. These insights will help shape future activity as we continue to evolve our culture and live our value of Celebrating Individuality.

Importantly, Pride Month is not the end of the conversation. Inclusion and belonging are ongoing priorities at Tirlán, and we are committed to continuing this work throughout the year.

One of the next steps on this journey is the formation of our new Belonging Employee Resource Group (ERG). Employee Resource Groups are colleague-led communities that help create a more inclusive culture by raising awareness, contributing ideas, supporting events and helping shape initiatives that strengthen belonging across the business.

Whether through participating in future events, sharing ideas through My Ideas Count, volunteering during campaigns or joining our Belonging ERG, there will be many opportunities for colleagues to play a role in shaping a culture where everyone feels welcomed, respected, valued and able to thrive.

Thank you to everyone who participated in Pride Month 2026. Every conversation, every act of allyship and every shared idea helps us build a stronger, more inclusive Tirlán where everyone can be themselves and where everyone belongs.
