The GPS team recently launched its new website, providing improved access to GPS tools, methodologies and resources

The Glanbia Performance System (GPS) is based on Lean thinking. It’s Glanbia’s in-house vehicle to drive continuous improvement (CI) using industry best practices to achieve Business Excellence. The new GPS website gives Glanbia Ireland employees access to information on the tools, systems and principles that drive continuous improvement across all areas of Glanbia, as well as providing a gateway to further information on Process Excellence.

The website will further support those who have already completed GPS induction and/or other GPS training programs, such as white, yellow and green belts by giving them quick and easy access to project management and problem-solving tools which include Root Cause Analysis, Fish-bone Diagrams, 5 Why’s, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Project Charters and Status Reports.

The website will also give practical information on how to use your daily management systems (e.g. 3M) to enable, support and sustain teams in aligning and delivering on their strategic objectives. Information in relation to COVI, the maturity assessment process and process excellence are also included.
