Tirlán’s new Evolving Leader programme has gotten underway

We were delighted to recently deliver the first module of our New Evolving Leader Programme, a key element of the Tirlán Leadership Academy. The programme is designed specifically by Tirlán in partnership with EY.

The programme brings together 17 high‑potential participants from across Tirlán, all identified for their potential to progress into senior roles of increasing complexity and responsibility. It is designed to enhance capability, confidence and leadership impact, required to lead effectively in complex environments and make a meaningful contribution across the organisation.

The opening module created a strong foundation, with high levels of engagement, reflection and collaboration. Participants connected with peers from across the business, sharing perspectives, challenges and many laughs along the way.

This first module marks an exciting milestone for the Leadership Academy and reflects Tirlán’s continued investment in developing leaders who are ready to take on greater responsibility and shape our future.
