Just before Christmas, the HR team set out to bring our people strategy to life for the Tirlán Board and at the heart of that experience was a video showing how HR enables our people and strengthens our culture

As part of the December HR Showcase, we presented the breadth and impact of our Tirlán’s HR strategy – from nurturing talent and enabling leadership to building trusted partnerships and enhancing the overall employee experience.

To open the session and set the tone, the team shared the HR Showcase Video, developed to highlight how employees engage with HR throughout the full employee life cycle and how every interaction supports Tirlán’s strategic goals.

The video served as the emotional anchor for the Showcase, helping the Board connect with the strategic pillars guiding our future direction. The Board’s response was extremely positive, recognising both the passion and professionalism of the team and the clarity with which the HR strategy was brought to life.
