As we step into 2026, we take a moment to reflect on the milestones that defined 2025 – and the lessons that will guide us forward

Last year, we processed record volumes of milk across our facilities, a remarkable achievement that showcased the strength and resilience of our teams. We cleared our bond, reinforcing our financial foundation and announced our most significant investment to date – the whey protein plant in Ballyragget, a bold step toward future growth and innovation.

We also celebrated a major win with the successful retention of the derogation, a campaign in which Tirlán and many of our people played a pivotal role. This achievement carries immense importance for our Co-op members and will deliver benefits for years to come. Alongside these milestones, we saw strong performance across all categories, reflecting the dedication and expertise of every team.

Of course, these are just some of the highlights. There were countless moments of collaboration, creativity, and progress that made 2025 a year to remember.
