Tirlán’s solar offer is a big hit with colleagues

Tirlán FarmGen’s partnership with PV Generation and Finance Ireland is giving employees the opportunity to reduce energy costs and become more self-sufficient through the use of renewable energy. To date, over 100 colleagues have expressed an interest in harnessing the power of solar in their homes with the first installations starting next month.

Agri Customer Service Representative Celine Ashmore’s experience with PV Gen has been extremely positive. “I couldn’t wait to avail of this staff, offer even more so now with the increase in energy prices and the need to move to alternative sources of energy,” Celine told Overherd. “I signed up for the offer in December, received an immediate response from a member of PV Generation’s team and arrangements were made for a site inspection in January. The surveyor arrived at the arranged time, viewed our house both internally and externally (with drone) and chatted with us to check for the most suitable configuration for our needs. A few days later we were provided with the proposed plan and are now awaiting installation of our panels next month. We’re very happy with the service from PV Generation to date.”
