A warm welcome to the 20 graduates who have joined Tirlán as part of our 2026 Unearth Your Future Graduate Programme

The new cohort came together at Abbey Quarter on Monday, 14 September, as they began the next chapter of their careers with Tirlán.

Coming from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds, our graduates bring fresh perspectives, new ideas and plenty of enthusiasm. Over the past few weeks, they have been getting to know Tirlán, meeting colleagues and settling into their new teams and roles.

This year’s graduates will gain experience across a wide range of areas including Agribusiness, Commercial, Operations, Quality, IT, Engineering, Finance and HR, with roles based across our different sites and functions.

The Graduate Programme is about learning through experience. Alongside development opportunities, our graduates will have the chance to get involved in the business, learn from colleagues and build the skills and confidence that will support them throughout their careers.

And we all have a part to play in making them feel welcome. If you meet one of our new graduates over the coming weeks, take a moment to say hello, introduce yourself and perhaps share a little about your own journey with Tirlán. Those small interactions can make a real difference when you’re starting somewhere new.

A huge welcome to Oisín, Ailbhe, Emmet, James, Jack, Aidan, Katie, Robert, Bill, Killian, Amber, Pearce, Carolann, Ben, Ciara, Senan, Hazel, Aaron, Eimear and Clodagh. We hope you enjoy your experience with Tirlán and look forward to seeing where your careers take you.
