Tirlán has been recognised with a Workspace Transformation Award

We were proud to see Tirlán recognised at the Facilities Management Awards 2026, where we received the Workspace Transformation Award for our Hybrid Smart Office Workplace Programme.

This award recognises the successful delivery of a world‑class workplace transformation, creating an “Office of the Future”environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing and modern ways of working. Delivered by our Facilities team in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation, the programme reflects the growing importance of the workplace in enabling effective hybrid working and supporting how our people connect and perform day to day.

Importantly, this recognition is not about any one building or location. It highlights the broader role that a well‑designed, well‑functioning workplace plays in shaping the overall employee experience, from having the right spaces to focus, collaborate or take a break.

It’s encouraging to see this work recognised at an industry level, with the programme now being viewed externally as a blueprint for sustainable, high‑performing workplaces.
