Across Tirlán every day, great things happen – problems are solved, ideas are brought to life and progress is made. With Ask the Expert, we’re creating a new way to bring that knowledge to the surface and share it with everyone.

This new Overherd series is about learning from each other and tapping into the deep experience that exists right across Tirlán. It shines a light on colleagues who know their field inside out and are willing to share what they’ve learned along the way.

What is Ask the Expert?

Ask the Expert will be a regular Overherd video feature where colleagues from across the business share insights on topics that matter — from strategy and sustainability to innovation, operations and customer needs.

Each edition focuses on a specific theme and features experts who bring real‑world experience, practical insight and fresh perspective. It’s a chance to better understand the thinking behind the work — and how it connects to the bigger picture.
