Our valued customer Trades gets an in depth overview of the technical performance of our products.
Over two days, the Tirlán R&D team showcased dairy protein and oat ingredients in application and upskilled the Trades team on the technical performance of our products. To support their understanding of Tirlán and our ingredients, Paula O’Dwyer gave an insightful update on the dairy market with a spotlight on the protein sector in Spain and Portugal. The Trades team also experienced on farm how Tirlán farmer Bryan Daniels and his family are committed to producing high quality milk, with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement of his farm and herd. Brian O’Donoghue gave an excellent overview of the WPI production process and the whey streams that feed into the production plant.
This highly engaging workshop was delivered through cross functional collaboration with the sales, category, R&D, marketing and Agri teams and supported by the site team in Ballyragget.
Strengthening partnerships with specialist ingredient distributors like Trades and increasing their understanding of our functional ingredients is key to unlocking value add opportunities with our dairy protein and oat solutions.
