A new back to school campaign by MyMilkman.ie has seen a rise in digital sign-ups for the service

The MyMilkman.ie team recently launched its ‘Back to School’ digital marketing campaign as households throughout the country started to get back into routines following the summer break.

MyMilkman teamed up with creative agency Zoo Digital once again to create five new 20 second videos that build on the “Less Ugh and More Ahh” campaign featuring comedian Emma Doran. In the latest campaign, MyMilkman.ie continues to showcase those everyday pain points or dramas when you run out of milk (or an essential item) and how MyMilkman.ie is the convenient solution!

The team has launched two videos (which you can watch below) for the key Back to School period and they will run across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The videos went live on VOD (Video On Demand) on the 21st August for six-weeks and will appear on the RTE Player, All 4, Virgin Media and Sky.

The MyMilkman team has also developed three 10 second videos that highlight a key benefit of the Mymilkman.ie service – milk delivered by your local milkman, the ability to change your order up until 9pm and it’s not just milk but your everyday essentials like butter, cheese, soup, eggs and juice. Speaking about the new campaign, MyMilkman.ie Marketing Manager Sandra Downey told Overherd: “This year we launched a new strategy, focusing on and investing in brand awareness. We trialled new initiatives such as an AdSmart TV campaign as well as influencer activation in Q1. With adapt to grow at the front of our minds, the insights gathered from these initiatives gave us the confidence to invest further in influencer activity alongside our new branded videos. We’re really happy with this campaign and most importantly it is proving really successful. We had our best week of digital sign-ups the week after the campaign launched and it’s our best week in digital sign-ups since early in 2021. In addition to the videos colleagues can see above, MyMilkman has also teamed up with three new influencers – Emma@lifewithtinyhumans, Caroline@carolineforan and Rachel@rachelgorryx – who have created content to be promoted across Instagram and TikTok for three weeks.
