Staff were introduced to Tirlán’s new five-year strategy during this year’s roadshow event

It was that time of year again when the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) got the opportunity to hit the road in May and meet as many employees as possible across the Tirlán network.

Colleagues across Ireland heard ELT members Jim Bergin, Jim O’Neill, Sean Molloy, Mick O’Leary, Frank Tobin, Lisa Koep, Michael Horan and Joe Taneyhill provide an update on business performance and an introduction to Tirlán’s new five-year strategy.

Seventeen sites were visited in total from Belview to Drogheda, while our international teams were visited by Jim O’Neill in person in China and online in the U.S.
Along with the business update, a number of colleagues were formally recognised for their work as it aligns with Tirlán’s values.
