Before the Christmas holidays, Professor Roger Delves hosted an exclusive Tirlán webinar which explored the theory behind developing a more authentic leadership style and the connection between integrity, values and authenticity.

In the webinar, Roger discusses how authentic leaders have a deep sense of purpose and are true to their core values.
