GI’s Executive Leadership Team hit the road yesterday, visiting sites and offices across the country. The ELT Roadshow was the first event of its kind in over two years and there was a celebratory mood as colleagues gathered to hear GI’s senior leaders speak in-person once again

Eighteen sites were visited in total from Belview to Drogheda, where employees were thanked for their efforts over the past few years, for keeping the show on the road and remaining agile and adaptable as our business navigated its way through the pandemic.

The Roadshow was also the first time colleagues got together as a Co-op, and the ELT presented on what being part of our ‘Co-op for a new era’ means, including its ownership model, strategy, future corporate identity and purpose, vision and values.

With Glanbia Ireland’s new Executive Leadership Team being recently formed, it was also a chance for its members to introduce themselves to colleagues.
