In April’s edition of Overherd at Glanbia Ireland we gave you a chance of winning an indulgent hamper.
All you had to do was tell us what you’ll be serving on the table for lunch on Easter Sunday.
Congratulations to Lab Technician Emma Busher from Wexford who told us her Easter lunch was “a roast leg of lamb with all the trimmings, followed by a Baileys cheesecake desert – festively made in the shell of an easter egg, topped with some Avonmore fresh cream.”
